Cargo Handling - As a 757 cargo system "launch" supplier, BTL has gained valuable experience in large scale kitting. We are currently building the upper and lower deck for the 757 cargo modification with over 10,200 parts and 220 assemblies comprising 2 complete aircraft ship sets delivered each month.  Other products include complex airframe structures, landing gear components, and specialty hinge manufacturing.

Value Added Services - Kitting and Assembly - BTL Machine has over 10,000 square feet dedicated to assembly operations. Assembly capability includes riveting, installation of nut-plates, sealant operations, mechanical assembly, and kitting.

BTL Machine has established itself as a premier kitting supplier to the aerospace community with innovative approach to our customer's needs for on-time delivery and reduction in their own inventories.  Kits are issued daily directly to the Boeing assembly line.  This reduces the mod centers/Boeing inventory which is a significant savings.  Detail parts, assemblies and sub assemblies are issued in precut, foam lined kits, which allows visibility and easy assess to the assembly worker.  With the increasingly high cost of maintaining and managing inventory,  BTL has the ability and experience to reduce your inventory costs.
